Oil-Water Separation Equipment - RVI Industrial Series

The industrial-grade Aggregation-Induced Separation (CASAIS) system by CAS-REALNM is designed for large-scale oil–water separation applications, with materials and configurations tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Each standard treatment module is available with capacities of 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 t/h, and multiple modules can be arranged in series or parallel to flexibly adjust both capacity and separation precision according to on-site demands.

In actual operation, the system consistently achieves effluent water content below 5 ppm for water removal from oil, and oil content below 5 ppm for oil removal from water, ensuring superior purification performance.

The entire process is purely physical, requiring no chemical additives and generating no secondary pollution.

It operates safely under ambient temperature and pressure, offers excellent corrosion resistance, and is capable of handling fluids within the pH 1–14 range.

Effluent quality remains stable even under feed conditions with up to 20% oil content, demonstrating the robustness of the process.

The modular design allows flexible installation and footprint optimization—whether in horizontal or vertical configurations—to accommodate different site layouts.

Integrated with an automated control system, the equipment supports timed oil/water discharge, sludge removal, and automatic backwashing, achieving a high degree of automation, intelligent operation, and unattended running.

At its core, the system’s performance relies on CAS-REALNM’s standardized functional filter cartridges, manufactured from proprietary advanced polymer materials that deliver stable, high-efficiency demulsification and separation performance.
