The CASAIS 0001 field pilot unit is designed by CAS-REALNM to bridge laboratory research and full-scale industrial application of the Aggregation-Induced Separation (CASAIS) process.

Constructed from SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, the system is built as a fully skid-mounted and mobile unit, allowing convenient on-site operation and rapid deployment.

With its compact and movable design, the unit enables comprehensive field testing at a relatively low cost, providing reliable technical data and performance validation to support process scale-up and industrial implementation.

At the system’s core are CAS-REALNM’s standardized 10-inch functional filter cartridges, which deliver high-efficiency performance for both oil removal from water and water removal from oil operations.
